Discovery Park Place

I created a work order ticket to have my washing machine repaired on 09/18/2025 and it is currently 10/20/2025 and I still do not have a working washing machine. The previous reviews about poor responsiveness are accurate. For example, my neighbor had a negligent discharge of a firearm and the bullet tore through his wall and through mine and the closet door across the hallway. It took them several months to even send someone out to repair the damage. When they “repaired,” the damage, the guy that showed up put spackle on both drywall where the bullet came in and the wooden door it went through. He told me that he would be back to sand it and even replace the door but instead the ticket was marked as “completed.” Absolute headache.

Living at this property from 8 months now, and my experience has been outstanding from day one. This place is well maintained, clean, and secure. What makes the difference is 10X property management. They always prompt with any of my questions or requests. My maintenance request always gets handled by them quickly and professionally, Truly cares to keep their tenants happy. satisfied with both management and property.

Moved into this building last year and it felt like home within no time. My apartment was super clean at the time of my move in.10X property management fully delivered what they promised for. Everything is being addressed promptly with complete respect and care. Thank you!!

Very positive experience overall as the building is in great shape. There have been a few small maintenance issue which 10X handled quickly. Parking spots have been allocated properly, gym and common spaces are properly cleaned always which adds alot to my comfort.

The building itself isn’t horrible although several things have stopped working upon move in - for an advertised luxury apartment, the experience was terrible working with 10x property management. They are completely unresponsive and unprofessional.
