These are the best floor plans! They are open, modern and large. The owners and staff are focused on safety. They installed an iron fence and cameras throughout the property. Dumpsters are located on both sides of the complex. There is ample parking. All concerns and maintenance issues are addressed by the friendly office staff. Emails and calls are returned promptly. It's a pleasure to live here.

My move-in experience at Discovery at West Road was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first interaction to the final steps of moving in, the process was seamless, well-organized, and genuinely stress-free. The leasing professionals Amanda, Keila, and Yaitza truly set this community apart. Their knowledge of the property, leasing process, and resident needs was impressive and immediately reassuring. They were not only highly professional, but also warm, personable, and engaging—making every interaction feel welcoming rather than transactional. Each of them took the time to explain details thoroughly, anticipate questions before I even asked them, and ensure that no part of the process felt rushed or confusing. What stood out most was their intellect and problem-solving ability.

She was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. Keila made the entire tour feel welcoming and stress-free, and she was very knowledgeable about the community and amenities. I truly appreciated her transparency and positive energy. Discovery at West has been a joy to live, good management. Always making sure my needs meet, I have been here for 13 years and love it. Maintenance is great there they just work on my bathroom and insulated tub and the work was amazing and completed in a timely fashion. All around great people, great place to call home.

Yaitza, Kelia, and Amanda ( Front office ) have been so helpful and wonderful during my time at Discovery West Road apartments! When they purchased the property they made sure to upgrade security, MADE SURE THE GATES WERE CLOSED ALL THE TIME AND INSTALLED SECURITY CAMERAS ALL AROUND! There was a HUGE problem with thefts BUT once they took over there HAS BEEN NO THEFTS. They upgraded maintenance where they come out the same day if needed! They are so flexible and workable with you as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
