We looked at a rental that Jennifer Robbins showed us. We eagerly paid the application fee, and made it known we could pay the deposit immediately. I kept in contact with her and told her I was heading out of town in two days. I kept following up. Then while traveling she sent me an email telling me there was another applicant the owner decided to go with. So she took our $60 application fee and never disclosed there was another applicant. Had I of known, I wouldn't have bothered. I will be filing a complaint on her/their licenses. This is wrong!

In response to Michelle Patterson's accusation of JR taking the application and fee: at that time there were no other applications. Another one came in the next day. The owner chooses between the two. It is NOT "first come, first served". Nothing crooked or unethical had taken place. I offered her to contact my broker and to even pay back the fee out of my own money if my broker said I was in the wrong.

Discover Property Management is amazing to work with. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommended. My house has never looked better, been better taken care of, had a better tenant or brought in so much.

We hired Rebecca Gagnon as our property manager. She did nothing except collect money. We lived out of town and expected her to check on the property from time to time. The most she did was drive by the house and she missed a broken mailbox as well as loads of dead grass after being freshly sodded. She barely compensated us for the damages and we had to handle ALL repairs on our own. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS WOMAN!!! She will take your money and do NOTHING she is supposed to do as a property manager!!! Buyer beware!!! On to the better business bureau!
