After reading these reviews I can only assume two things. Either I was very unlucky or I just happen to get the bad transaction coordinator in the purchase of my new home. They were non responsive, waited until the last minute for everything, and most times her answers to our questions were incorrect or so vague that they didn’t even answer the question . We were doing a dual close and time was of the essence to ensure there were no snags and we were able to close the same day. Just getting a simple invoice from her on the Friday before closing on Monday was done 30 minutes before closing time and was an absolute chore. I am glad we bought the home and love it but the communication left a lot to be desired for sure! All I can say is that if you hear transaction coordinator, be leery.
