I'm the tenant of one of the properties this company is trying to sell. My first interaction with them was they came to explain kinda how house showings work which is fine. During this conversation the realtor tells me it's 24 hour notice but said if they text less then that and I try to hold them to it that they will make my life a living hell. Very unprofessional to threaten people where they live completely unprovoked. It's been a few weeks since this has happened and rarely to they give enough notice of a showing.

We were just looking at the boards outside the building and was welcomed in and had a sit down with Flec with no appointment. He was amazing and sar with us for 2 hrs. Gave us honest truths and opinions and wasn't just interested in selling us what we don't want. He is new to Grand Forks, but man oh man you can just tell he loves this city. Highly recommend that you go check out his business for all you home buying needs.

Amazing.. friend and not pushy. Flec took the time to sit down with us and answer our questions. He didnt push is onto something we didnt want and gave us a break down on the housing market here. If you are looking for friendly ,straight forward answers, and facts go here hands down
