Hey Sara, just wondering why you felt the need to be extremely rude and unprofessional over a situation that you caused yourself? Sara made sure to make it very clear that her family owns the business so I’m assuming that is why she feels so entitled to be rude to another woman’s husband. There were 2 houses she had listed that we were ready to put offers on because we knew the offer the agent told us to submit on one was really low. BUT we clearly have the funds and were ready to negotiate due to all of the issues the house has. However, we chose to not even bother with the second offer because we figured she wouldn’t submit it. The agent, Mr. Stephens was so unprofessional! Never responded to our agent claimed he had no access to an email to read our offer! Never bothered to look at our offer either! He’s a disgrace to all realtors! I would not recommend this agency! The owner basically showed us the house and gave us the information while the realtor stood looking totally uninterested! I will be reporting him to the insurance and licensing commission and boards of realtors for his unprofessional behavior!

Tommy Stephen's and the staff at this office are friendly, professional and really down to earth . They absolutely make you feel welcome and assist you from start to finish through the process and paperwork .

They must not need listings because I called and was told they were ALL out to lunch and she would have someone call me when they got back! Well it must have been VERY LONG lunch because I never receive any calls. Can't do business with someone like that!
