We moved out of state for a new job in 2012, but kept our home in the Lehigh Valley as a rental property. For the first year after our departure, we used another local property management company and had a horrible experience! The customer service was non-existant, the accounting/billing was sloppy and confusing, and they were extremely slow to respond to emails/phone calls. I can't honestly understand how this company stays in business. BUT, then we were referred to Dietrick Property Management. Ryan Dietrick(one of the owners) has been nothing but friendly, prompt, and professional. All of the staff members are extremely courteous and quick to respond to emails, texts, and calls.
