Melissa Meneses is GREAT! I had her for when we bought our first home, she exceeded out expectations left and right. When I had to sell my home a few years later while living on the other side of the country due to caring for family, she exceeded my expectations even more. There is no reason I wouldn’t pick her again for my next home search if I could. She handled all realtor tasks with flying colors, even though some were difficult. Mike Givens is the best. He was able to sell our house in a tough market while so many others sat idle. He knows the market, works with you to understand all options and he always answers his phone. I have used him multiple times and so has my family. Highly recommended!
