Dickey Hill Forest Apartments

This is a great place to live. I have been living here for almost a year, and love it here. The community is quiet and management is very responsive. The few times I have had issues, management responded very quickly. The leasing office is also great, and Vicki is very sweet. All of my neighbors are friendly. I have never encountered roaches or mice here, and the grounds are well kept. When the snow storm hit in late January, the roads and parking lots were cleared very quickly. The gym is also always clean. While it can be a bit of a drive to do anything downtown, I would definitely recommend this community to anyone who wants to live somewhere a little more quiet.

Our community is truly a family-friendly environment with a management Mr. OT & his ENTIRE team/staff absolutely 💯 goes way above & beyond to insured that all residents are satisfied. From its office staff to the daily ground keepers & maintenance team ( professional & superb) services. Hey, even the deers and the woodpecker (that appears sometimes) are friendly ❤️🤣🤣🤣. I've been moved in for a few weeks and so far the experience has been very good! I was recommended the place by my brother and his wife, who liked the place so much that they actually rented two apartments here. The rent is very reasonably priced, there is a very nice gym for residents to use, and managment very clearly cares about the community and upkeep. I was surprised at how clean the apartment was when I first moved in. And any issues that have come up in these few weeks were addressed either on the same day, or the next day. I'm very happy living here!

I am a longtime resident of Dickey Hill Forest Apartments, and I have nothing but appreciation for the management in how they have cleared away snow in our development. Not only were the main roads cleared by Monday morning, but they came back through later in the week to widen the driving space and, more importantly, removed snow from the open parking spaces. I felt such relief and felt they cared about our needs. I called the office and spoke with the director commending him for a job well done. He explained that snow would have been cleared sooner, but the contractor had equipment issues. Many people I've talked to who reside in condos in Baltimore County have not had this level of service. I love it here!! The community is so peaceful and clean. The staff is fantastic; they have become family to me. The grounds are kept up from the landscaping, as well as the building inside and outside. The apartment is like living in a house(rancher), for it is plenty of space. The three-bedroom has two full-size bathrooms, a laundry room, an eat-in kitchen, and a separate dining room. The primary bedroom can fit a king-size bed and still have plenty of room. The other two bedroom has plenty of space as well. The closets are a nice size. It is nice and quiet, day or night. We have on the premise a great equipped gym.
