I've been living here for about a month, and it's been great so far. The apartment complex is on a quiet, small street with lots of trees, but it's only 1 block away from Ventura Blvd so it's very convenient. The building has an intercom system (with video) that connects to your phone. The system allows you to make delivery codes for your delivery person, which is great for anyone (like myself) who does most of their shopping on Amazon. The apartment itself is huge compared to other similarly priced units in the area (I should know: I looked at 15 different apartments before settling on this one). There is gated underground parking.
