This company and specifically Diana Diaz are despicable, she's not even in the Barrel to be at the Bottom of it. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND RENT ELSEWHERE!!! JUST LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS HERE AND ELSEWHERE! Lackluster service and they'll look to screw you out of as much money as possible when your lease is done. Watch out for the verbiage in the lease regarding the cleaning of the blinds, it's an over the top number and they'll try to take advantage of that when it's time to get your money back. I had to take them to small claims court and won about half the money back, she lied and told me that she sent the money to the courts after the 30 days which is BS, now we'll see what the Sheriff has to say about things after the new year.

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Never answers phone number that is listed. I’ve call probably 30+ times over 3 weeks or more day and night no answer and left a couple voicemails too. Apparently they only answer emails. I was very eager to get this home because our lease is up soon! Finally we agree on a viewing that we had to go 30 minutes out of our way for on OUR WORK LUNCH just for no one to be there and for the door to be locked! and judging by how Diaz and partners responds to these reviews on how the customer is always the problem, they should probably look at themselves and realize how everyone around them agrees that they are in the wrong instead of always blaming the customer! I don’t think I read one comment from Diaz and partners that was apologetic at all, rather always blaming the ren

We went through a long process of touring, applying, and communicating. Only for them to pick another tenant due to “longer rental history and employment history”. Doesn’t appear to be young renter friendly ( less than 5 years) and they also don’t follow “first come first served qualifying applicants”. Only good things were the price of the unit.

Diana and Rod were professional and considerate landlords. I received my full security deposit back at the time that my lease ended. The apartment grounds were always well-maintained and the rent was very reasonable for the area. I felt that they were always prompt to reply to my requests for maintenance. Diana even took time out of her day to get me into my apartment on a day that I accidentally locked myself out! I really enjoyed my time renting from Diaz and Partners, and I would rent from them again in the future!

I’ve lived at my current place managed by Diaz & Partners for a few years now. I have enjoyed every second. The place is very charming and the landlords are quick to respond when you are in need of anything.
