If I could give a zero, I would. We’ve worked with diamondhead realty property management for almost a year. We have a condo that has been managed by them for short term rentals. It was awesome at first, but went downhill when the person assigned to our rental property retired. They do not own up to their mistakes and are definitely not there for the property owner. They allowed a renter to take all our belongings out of our unit on the pretense of “cleaning” the items. These items (all personal effects including sheets and towels, comforters, sheets, shower curtain, ALL decorations, appliances, you name it!) were NEVER returned! When we submitted a bill to diamondhead realty property management for the items we had to replace, instead of addressing the issue, they served us a 30-day notic
