We recently worked with Sheryl on the sale of our home. We were very pleased with the service we received. Sheryl was polite, pleasant and professional.

We rented for a couple years and it was okay not really any issues. But when it came time to renew our lease. My husband signed and the we decided we wanted to go month to month. I spoke with mylenda and she told me it was fine since I didn't sign the lease and we would go month to month. I gave my 30 day notice and then even moved out sooner since they asked me to so they could get someone in there right away. They asked for my address to send my deposit and prorated rent which was well over 2000. But 40 days later they decided to tell me they were keeping it since I violated my lease by moving out. Unfortunately, I found myself in a situation where I felt I was being misled and potentially scammed. If you're ever in doubt about your realtor's behavior, I encourage you to trust your instincts. If you believe you’ve been scammed or are dealing with unethical behavior, it’s crucial to take action. Reporting the realtor to your local real estate commission or board can make a difference. They have the authority to investigate and take appropriate action against unethical practices. I have been dealing with Diamond property management since January and they have been awesome! My previous property management company was slow to respond to work orders and would hire sketchy technicians to do sketchy repairs on my house. Since Jan I have submitted 3 work orders which were all processed and completed within a day or two by quality technicians. I submitted one last Sunday evening and had a plumber at my house at 8am Monday morning. The Diamond staff has been extremely friendly and very professional, I have been working with Alyssa up there and she is definitely on top of her game! If you are shopping around for a property management company, I would highly recommend Diamond Realty!!!

Moving here from canada was very overwhelming!! Thankfully Malynda was with us every step of the way from the day we filled out the rental form. Having no credit history here, no rental history or any kind of history in the USA was very difficult. Malynda helped us every step Of the way, explained everything and answered our endless questions with patience and kindness. We were blessed! Once we got into the home there were several issues, which were immediately taken care of by Brittany!! Anytime I had any issues Brittany was always very quick to get them resolved!!
