Diamond North is truly a hidden gem in Virginia Beach! From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed by the level of service and the high-end feel of the entire community. If you’re looking for a place that balances luxury with a welcoming atmosphere, this is it. The Amenities: The amenities here are top-tier and actually worth using. The resort-style saltwater pool and sundeck are incredible for summer relaxing, and I love having a two-story clubhouse that features a state-of-the-art fitness center and a game room with billiards. They’ve also thought of the little things, like the Java station and candy bar, which make working from the iMac business center much more enjoyable. Wow! This place is amazing. It’s tucked away, up to date, and offers amazing finishes. The apartment community is clean inside and out. The floor-plans offer massively sized super update to date apartments at a fair price. As for the staff, Andrew is a gem with a sunny disposition who has created a full on family out of his team. Speaking with him makes your day and makes you want to be a part of his team. Josh is efficient, an amazing communicator, and helps make sure all details are aligned and organized. He is flexible and calm. Together, this place is an amazing place to call home.

I don’t usually review places, but I felt like I really had to because my experience here so far has been the absolute best ever. I’ve been here for 3+ years and it’s been amazing. Amazing pool, nice gym, a lot of nice people and employees too. Andrew has been really nice and so has the rest of the crew and I’m very grateful for them. :)))

The best way to describe the year and a half long experience at Diamond North Apts, is that they over promised and under delivered. My husband and I both felt like there were a lot of hoops and loops to jump through during the lease signing process, but we figured it all out and moved forward and into the apartments. The staff has always been friendly, and maintenance came qucikly every time. The apartments themselves are nice and modern, and we enjoyed the layout of our unit. Upon move-in we realized our unit wasn't fully cleaned. Cabinets were all dirty on the outisde, and floors dirty too. All of this was reported on the check-in sheet, but no one ever apologized or explained why our unit was dirty, nor did they comment or acknowledge they read it!? The units are a nice modern vibe, but that’s about it. They charge a crazy amount and are very money hungry. We continuously had an AC leaking problem and they never wanted to fix it, only offer “temporary” solutions which never worked forcing us to contact maintenance almost every other week. Our apartment was always flooding which caused mold to grow on the walls (they literally painted over the mold) and all over our clothes in the closet- when we moved out we had to throw away almost all of our jackets. Our AC stopped working during the hottest days of the summer which was inconvenient. They had some problems with people abusing the pool which caused them to punish the whole community by closing it down instead of just the people who weren’t following the rules.
