Diamond at Prospect Apartments

I love these apartments. My son jordon lives here. I enjoy going over and spending time with him and especially the fire place and island in the kitchen.

Love the maintenance crew! Gerald and Victor helped me with a few things around my unit, fixed my garbage disposal and replaced my sink in a very timely manor. Big shout out to them

While the units do seem to be cheaper they were very dirty. During my tour we walked into a unit that stunk of cigarette smoke and had dead bugs all over the floor. The leasing offices heat was also broken and it was 1000 degrees in there. The pros are cheap parking in a garage and a cute outdoor space. I definitely don’t think that makes it liveable.

i just hit my 1 yr here...i like it for a few reasons and there are a couple of cons but not anything that would be crucial.. price is great for 2bdrm 2 bath downtown, ive never had office staff be rude in any way , i personally like the fobbed doors as i have a stalker ex so she cant easily get in, ive never seen mice but i also live on the 4th floor. the door mats being the same and we cant have our own is weird cause i would like to have my own . the elevator has only been broken twice since i been here and it was brief only a couple of hours . i like that you can rent extra storage closets if you need to. i dont work out so i dont care bout the gym however if you are a gym junkie its not gonna be good enough for you. as far as cleanliness its kept clean except its our own residents

I’ve been here almost 3 years and I love living here. Any concerns or issues I’ve ever had, were addressed almost immediately. Any maintenance issues I’ve had were handled quickly. Management communication is always on point. Being downtown is a special vibe.
