DHI Mortgage

I’m still in the early stages of the process, but I’ve already had a disappointing experience with Laura Hall, a loan officer at DHI MORTGAGE. Her condescending tone and lack of communication have made this process incredibly frustrating. What’s even more concerning is that after speaking with other buyers, it seems that only Black buyers are encountering these issues, raising questions about possible discrimination. I’ve had to do my own research and planning because she hasn’t provided the proper guidance, and many of my emails, calls, and texts have gone unanswered. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and communication, and this experience has left me feeling disrespected and disheartened.
