DHI Mortgage

Closed on a house in Cold Springs ranch with DR Horton and DHI was the preferred lender 2 years ago. Thought everything was good the first year and then going into year 2 we found out we had a huge escrow shortage, and our monthly escrow increased $600.00. DHI never set up the correct monthly escrow and knew when we signed the proper amount of escrow wasn't being withheld. Found out this happened to bunch of people in our area. I would not recommend DHI to anyone and would caution anyone before they start using DHI.

We had a fantastic experience with DHI Mortgage. After dealing with other companies we were sick and tired of the service we were offered, we let DHI know we needed some serious help and wanted it to be quick and easy and that's exactly what it was. Eli was always available for us whenever and wherever we needed him. Answered every question, every phone call, and kept a good happy attitude while doing it. I never felt like I was inconveniencing them with questions or calls. It was my husband and I's first home and they made it a smooth and fun experience for us. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future!

Eli was absolutely amazing to work with. We had a really hard situation that the bank was not helping out on and he held everything together when the financing came down to the wire. He found a way to make it happen and I'm so thankful for it!
