Beautiful homes, Realtor is awesome. My husband and I put up $1000 honest money. We were under the impression we were approved for the loan because they requested we pay$550 for house appraisal. Later found out we didn't approve for the load. We lost the $550 appraisal cost. Our $1000. Honest money was never refunded to us. We was told because they took the house off the market we could not get our money back.
The Sales Professional at DH Homes was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would defiantly buy a home from her.
Buying a home is crazy. I believe with the market the way it is we are getting what we can pay for. Major was a pleasure to work with and very supportive in helping us choose without being pushy.
