I was recently locked out of my unit and contacted property management for assistance. I was told they did not have an extra key on file, then later given conflicting information about whether one existed, and ultimately told to “figure it out” because management had lost the key. I hope management improves their key control procedures and response to urgent tenant issues like lockouts.
