I rented a condo through Dezda Finn properties from 2012 until 2016. Dezda was always pleasant and signing the lease every year was easy. I wasn't expecting to get any of my cleaning deposit back because my printer left a large ink stain in the bedroom (oops), but I did get a partial refund! I thought it was handled pretty fairly compared to my friends landlord horror stories. I have rented through Dezda Finn Property Management company for 8 years . I had a quick move from Seattle to a property I had never seen in person, only pictures. When I arrived I was happy to see a very clean and wonderful house. Any issues I've had with anything from appliances suddenly not working or clogged drains on a Holliday, a furnace the needed to be replaced very quickly in the winter.
