Dexter Street Apartments

Living here at Dexter Street has been nice. The people are all very friendly and it's conveniently located around everything you need. The kitchen updates are great too. I'm rating it 4 stars though due to the A/C and heating units being very dated, making airflow throughout the unit scarce and when the heat is barely on, it's uncomfortably warm. But it is manageable. In addition though, the smell of weed from your neighbors is incredibly strong and has made me sick on occasion, meaning the walls and ventilation are practically non existent. All in all, it isn't a bad complex, just needs some updating.

My cousin lives here in a cute, cozy 1bedroom apt. Complex is neat and clean. Just so cute.

Really outdated kitchens, but the rent is cheap and the neighbors are nice.
