Steve was a great realtor. We had a lot of issues with the seller and Steve stayed on top of everything with the selling agent as well as the closing attorney to make sure the mortgage lender had everything needed to get us to closing as soon as possible. I would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone looking for property in south MS.

Beth Ann was easy to work with. She walked us through the whole experience and helped us get a fair price on our house. She answered all my questions in a timely and prompt manner. I never had a problem getting answers from the start to the end. It is stressful to sale a house and move. I am glad I had her help. I also leaned heavily on her advice for staging the house and what I needed to get done to sale it. In the end I sold a house I was proud to sale and happy with the price.

I first worked with Beth Ann when my husband and I first moved to Carriere and looking for a rental. She was so incredibly helpful and hard working we knew when the time came she would be the one to call when it was time to buy. As first time home buyers we weren't familiar with the process at all, but she was patient and explained every step, as many times as we needed. She works hard for her clients. She took down all our information and price range and truly went the extra mile to get us in a rental and accomplished it with the perfect little house. She treated us like we were buying!
