Devon Street Homes - Corporate Office

My home was built in 2021 moved in in 22 and still what i paid for I didn't receive they lied about the cabinet space and the back patio was small not like it should have been my stairs aren't the way they should've been my paint is not the color I wanted and my square footage is off by 100 feet never got the pool in back the people are rude to my kids when they go to the big pool and we never got our security gates like promised and I am very did appointed in my Realtor and my Lender and Devon Street for the way they handled our Case and me being a veteran I was not supposed to put nothing down I was supposed to receive money at closing but that didn't happen out of pocket for me was 7500 dollars. PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH DEVON STREET.

This 5 stars review is for Jessica, Brad, and Mack including their crews who work on our home issues. Purchased their home at Lakes of Savannah. Just moved in recently and found a lot of issues. Ceiling leaking from heavy rain, walls, front yard tree fell down after one heavy rain and wind, and big hole in the corner of the backyard. I had to spend $1,000 to repair them. Spoke with Eric from warranty, my wife and I got yelled out by him and asked why we kept complaining about the house and that even though our house is in the worst condition, we are not supposed to complain. He also hang up on us. We’re wondering if that’s how they got trained? Spoke with Mary from the office. They’re alike. Mary would always drag us back and forth and wasted our time on the phone arguing with no solutio

The mortgage company representatives are amazing. The two ladies we are working with have all been extremely responsive to every call, question, and email. Believe me, we've asked a million questions as first time home buyers! For our first time making a home purchase, we couldn't be more happy with our experience buying. Construction on the other hand is something we are finding could have been better. We are slowly but surely having all of our warranty issues resolved.

Walnut Creek Rosenberg : Very disappointing experience with Devon Street homes. To be fair their prices are very competitive and that's about everything positive i have to say about them. It started well with the builder promising the home to be built within a certain time frame but that didn't happen. 2 months later the house is still not built so i'm glad i got out of the very bad deal! They missed building a room that was part of the plan we had purchased and nobody noticed it after the framing was complete. We brought it to their attention and they said they will "FIX" it. I requested them not to sheet-rock the "FIX" so that i could get the framing inspected. But when it was time for my third party inspection, not so surprisingly, they had sheet-rocked everything that had to be torn

I will NEVER buy a Devon Street Home again. The sales side of the process was great and Michelle was very helpful with questions that my wife and I had. The actual walk throughs and details of the house is where it gets bad. Not impressed with Mack at all. Anytime I would need to contact him I could NEVER reach him, because he would call from an "Anynomous" number. The window above the front door is not centered, there were scuff marks on the kitchen counter, bathroom door would not close all the way because the locks were not lined up. When we told him that, he said we could fix it ourselves (they did fix).Yes we could, but when you buy a car or anything at all you expect it done right. Now our kitchen cabinets were not installed at the right height and the tile where the kitchen windows
