The land is beautiful. The devil's nest is made up of the hills and ravines with the thick trees. We purchased land to enjoy the outdoors. It has become my place to come to unwind. So much wildlife to enjoy. Deer, bobcats, coyotes, and mountain lions. Sadly the developers are taking out trees to allow for new construction. Another beautiful property being taken over by greedy people. Preserve the historic and beautiful devil's nest.

If you are driving by it is a must see. The whole area is some of the most beautiful land in the state and the ski lifts are surreal. There are a couple new buildings but most seem like they are from the hay day of Devils nest in the 1970s and the marina is picturesque.

It's a long windy road to get there once you pass the big sign that says Devil's nest. Although, there are lots of deer along the way and if you like looking into Forest/ trees it's also very scenic. Once you get to the bottom at the fishing area there's not a whole lot of space, but the catfish are huge. There are also sturgeon, bluegill I was told, pretty much any fish you would find in the Missouri is there. It's a very still wide round area with very steep Rock Cliffs surrounding it. It's absolutely gorgeous especially when the sun sets. You can start bonfires there's one specific huge bonfire that's out there you can get wood from it and we've lit it several times it just it never goes away people always drag Driftwood over to it and pile it up. There are very nice porta potties set u

Plenty of lots for sale but would cost a fortune for dirt work and tree removal....owners would be better clearing some trees and doung a bit of dirt work so buyers could get an idea of what they are buying
