We had an amazing experience with Detrie Builders to build our new home. It started with an initial meeting, understanding our vision and budget, and getting all of our questions answered. With Dave D's help, we found an amazing lot that met our criteria and, within a few weeks, had the home design ready! It was a very quick, smooth, and efficient process with Detrie Builders. We started the build while out of state and were kept updated through BuilderTrend App from Dave W throughout the entire process. It was really great when we were on-site to see the work and connect with Dave W on any additional questions/changes. We are very happy with the completed home and Detrie Builders!

From start to finish my wife and I had a great experience dealing with Detrie Builders. While the house was being built, my wife and I were living out of state. The communication with Bob Detrie, Charlie Gehrke, and the project manager, Dave Wolter was magnificent. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. Photos were uploaded almost everyday so we could see the progress of the build. The entire team was very accessible and any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The house is beautiful and the quality of the build is very noticeable. I would highly recommend anyone trying to build a new home to reach out to Detrie Builders, you will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience from the first time we walked in the office door until the completion of our house. Dave Detrie took lots of time with us creating the perfect plan for our location. The rest of his team, specifically Charlie G., and Dave W., were very easy to work with and maintained consistent communication with us.
