Stephanie Griffis got my mother to leave her furniture saying the purchasers want to purchase it . The Sale has been going on since January buyers had on issue after another. Had my mom move out 3 months ago said it was closing at that time . Then continued to tell our agent that they were going to pay for itgd furniture at closing. Then it became the next day and then another and now she is saying that the buyer isn't going to pay for it. Because the buyer had the water turned on without Checking to see if anything was left running or all the pipes were good. They had multiple inspections had all brand new plumbing one of the plumbing pipes came apart Supposedly.
