Hired them to remodel our house. They hired an incompetent roofer Alliegance Roofing For the metal roof install with a skylight. Lots of communication problems with the entire process. Roof leaks at the skylight due to improper installation. Had to hire an attorney for them to agree the skylight was installed improperly and the wrong model of skylight was used for the pitch of the roof. Still not repaired. John you promised you would be there for any problems, but you’re not here. You took your subs word and never came to look at yourself until I hired an attorney. You even argued with me about the pitch of the roof, remember? You are responsible for your contractor’s incompetence, yet you won’t agree to pay even half of what we’ve had to pay so far for your incompetence. This saga will co

The job started on time and ran on schedule until there was a manufacturer issue with the glass block wall. Work was paused until the defect was determined and the third shipment of glass blocks were a match. The foreman was onsite regularly and quick to respond to my calls/texts even over the weekend. After the job was completed we discovered a gap on the outside of the house at the foundation. The foreman came by and placed the work order immediately, it was repaired next day.

We were very excited to have our 90's kitchen remodeled. We knew we chose the right Company to meet our needs. Jon understood our vision as well as our budget. Wes kept us informed of all steps and a few unexpected ones we encountered along the way. We had some difficulty choosing the flooring, so Michael showed us several options, which was a tremendous help. The flooring is perfect! The workmanship was exceptional and each contractor made sure we were happy with the final product from drywall and painting (Robert & Oscar), cabinets (Scott), electrical (Brian), flooring (William) and the crew that installed our beautiful Cambria quartz countertops! Hats off to Designer Lifestyles on replacing my kitchen backsplash and getting done in less than 3 days, doing the job with great skill and at a very good price: JR suggested a wonderful high quality tile that blended well with my current cabinets and Greg did an outstanding job installing it.
