All models were clean, well built, knowledgeable representative, answered all questions above and beyond any readily available brochures and in your packet that he put together
The homes are priced to high. They are only primed, you have to get land ,water ,waste removal, electric, have blocks set up and steel plates,or bacement dug,and poured. Cheaper to buy, and remoldle.
Poorly built, windows and doors leak. Found that stairs are made from treated outdoor lumbar. Do not recommend.
False add. They say they will build your design, so untrue. Took blueprints and was told they can't do 95% of the design.
The people who work here are very friendly and very helpful! The houses they have and the materials they have are very worth the price!
