I had such a wonderful experience working with Michelle during my design center appointment. I came into the meeting feeling overwhelmed and frustrated, mostly due to my own tight schedule and the pressure of trying to meet a critical deadline before flying out of the country. This was a time-sensitive part of the process for my new build, and Michelle and the team went above and beyond to accommodate me so I could meet my contractual obligations. Michelle was absolutely amazing. She was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even though I changed my mind more times than I can count, she never made me feel rushed or like I was being difficult. Instead, she supported my ideas while gently offering her professional insight — which helped me make some decisions I feel really confident

Extremely outdated. Poor selection. Price for quality is not there... people were nice

This organization prioritizes profit over customer needs. Want to check out their products? Get ready to pay an hourly fee. To make matters worse, they don't disclose prices, creating a frustrating lack of transparency. The focus on financial gains, coupled with restricted access and hidden pricing, results in an incredibly stressful experience. You're left uneasy, dealing with hurdles in obtaining basic information about products and prices.

Experience was great Ms. Abney helped us and she was knowledgeable, personable and most importantly patient with us. If u are building or renovating you should go here and ask for Dena Abney as I'm sure she wasn't just being great that one day she's probably the same everyday.

No examples on a computer or monitor of what your selections are going to actually look like when it is all put together. (Like your tile in your bathroom with the grout you choose. ) If you are not able to visualize it yourself you are out of luck! Kind of surprised me when people are spending half a million dollars on some of these homes and no technology like this is available.
