Desertbrook Apartments

I have been here a little over 6 months and I do enjoy my apartment and the staff are very friendly and take care of maintenance requests quickly. It is quiet during required hours and I haven’t had any issues that were not addressed in a timely manner

Her Too bad you cant rate below 1 or else it be a zero. You have a manager ,Linda Metz , that don't do her job professionally.She gives people fake evictions. In other words evictions that when gone to court will lose according to attorneys. To be exact, claim dog is aggressive when have physical legal paper that they make you carry when having a support dog that says dog has been tested and shows no signs of aggression. Also states animal control/ police called to dog. Proved this when talk to police that verified they don't handle complaints it would be animal control. Talked to animal control which said according to my address no report been made on my dog. They also assured me that unlike Linda Metz, they are professional and have to have photos of said dog without leash to verify or

My teenager and I just finished our first year lease at Desertbrook and could not be happier! Linda in the office is always friendly, helpful and responds quickly to emails and calls. Our maintenance requests have been handled promptly and the grounds are honestly so happy and clean. Plus the gazebo provides a beautiful background for our spring and summer photo shoots. I am familiar with almost all the residents in my building and everyone is nice and respectful. Excited for another year here!

Noisy at night dog shit all over out side my girl friends apartment. Apartment had a small issue with bugs . She has a medical condition and could not deal with it I packed up her things and took care of walls apartment in excellent condition and she still got over charged and didn't get security deposit back
