Desert Ridge Apartments

I do not recommend these apartments at all. They smell like mold and the plumbing is very bad. The landlord let the place go, we had holes all over our ceilings in which bugs started coming through. We told her bout the problem but she did nothing to fix the issue. It’s a health hazard to live in mold we were constantly sick there. The pool is always cold due to all the shade from the trees. The laundromat is ridiculously expensive with very outdated washers and dryers that more than half the time never worked. There is no clubhouse, she uses it for storage. This place is garbage.

I live here for 3 years. Really bad molded in the shower.my bathroom ceiling was leaking water. And they said they fix. But it would still leak.after 3 year i live there i moved out and i cleansed everything top to bottom. Elsa never gave my deposit back. I WOULD LOOK AT BATHROOM. Before you would move into this apartment.

The worst complex I've ever lived in IN MY LIFE. I had a water bug problem from day 1 and no matter how many times they came to spray, they never went away ! Don't let them tell you that you brought them because everybody in the complex that I've talked to mention water bugs in their unit. It smells like mold and was just an overall horrible experience.

Ok so the real owner is Donald Pointdexter. We lived there 2015-2017. Elsa the manager she is an un educated rude person who uses her unaware bosses property like it was hers. She even came bangging on my door waving her finger in my face upset over how i got his contact info. In every business theres a higher boss people plz dont let yourselfs. To top it off she does not even take care of the place. Our apt which we lived in for 1 yr too long was invested with roches. We would tell her multiple times. We have toddlers and are very clean so i was paniked when they were everywhere. I still to this day have photos of the investation. We left the apt in wear and tear conditions and ofcourse had a deposit which no amount was returned out of $400. I assumd carpet paint cleaners but no she send
