Desert Peaks Apartments

GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME!! I really enjoyed getting a tour at Desert Peaks apartments!! The community feels peaceful and well-kept, with beautiful landscaping and resort-style amenities like year-round pools, a fitness center, and great outdoor spaces for relaxing with friends or family. Management and maintenance were really friendly and professional. Westside is ideal too , close to shopping, dining, and easy access to UTEP and downtown. Overall, it’s a great place if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and welcoming.

The staff is extremely kind and friendly, and if you talk to them they are willing to make sure your stay at these apartments is a positive experience. The cost of living may be high but you definitely get what you pay for and after living there I wish I could have stayed longer! Shout out to Yasmine and Idaly for doing the best job they can and for personally helping me enjoy my stay there and making my moving transition so much easier!

I hope you are willing to pay over 940 a month for an apartment that does not have a washer and dryer to install. The laundry service charges 2.25 for not working washing machines and these are the conditions. The room is flooded. 1 of the many negatives these apartments has

If I could give zero stars I would the office staff and now corporate lack the ability to follow up on a leak issue but when it comes to them getting their money they’ll refer to their lease what about upholding your part of the lease and addressing maintenance issues especially leaks in a timely manner. Very unprofessional do not lease here.

They don’t care about anything management sucks don’t recommend living here you get packages stolen and they always get your mail wrong because of the messup of addresses they never respond to your concerns they add fees on your lease for no reason
