Desert Land Express MVD LLC

I could have gone to the regular MVD and saved time and money. They didnt seem to know what documentation was required to get my kids ID. After the 4th trip in and dealing with multiple unhelpful and/or borderline confrontational employees, we paid $150 and finally got my kids paper ID. My 1 experience handling a different matter at their previous location was pleasant and efficient. The experience at their new location was enough for me to never go back again.

We decided to go to MDV we had Drivers license to transfer and loads of title work and plates and are we glad we did went to a clerk by the name of Diego and was he ever on top of everything and quick I would give this place 10 stars if we could and Diego definitely is the best of the best at what he does best service ever Thankyou so much MDV highly recommend this place

Best experience ever!! We have been to several in Las Cruces, the one in Lordsburg over the years. Everyone is so rude & full of excuses. But this place was amazing in every way. It started with a phone call. The lady was kind & helpful. Once we got there we were greeted & acknowledge right away. We didn’t even get to sit down & got called fast. I hate that I didn’t get their names but I know it was the owners that we dealt with. They both went out of their way for us & made us feel comfortable. We had both, missing documents & not the right documents but the man kept giving us ideas on how to get them or what to get. Not once did he hurry us up because it was getting close to closing. Not once did he give up on us. I even walked out of there with a drivers license and not just an ID. I’v

They are judgmental the lady at the counter tried to apply rules that are not required just because I didn’t fit her criteria of individual not nice. I went to other mvd and got my business taken care of with same paper work I had! I do not recommend them.

My husband got his driver's license swapped from out of state to new mexico and it was the best experience ever . The lady so so kind and helpful! I would recommend to anyone!!!!!!! If I could give 100 star review I would've! Thank you !!!
