Deseo Grande Apartments

It's a beautiful property and the leasing office staff were always kind and helpful with me. The downsides for me were that residents often leave the building doors open (unlocked) and the printing system in the clubhouse literally never works. I wish they would completely change the printing vendor. Also the main coffee machine in the club house was always out of service. Other than that, I loved being in a complex with so many families from so many different backgrounds. I also thought the trash valet service was impressive even though I never personally used it. I loved the hammock and the fire pit. I found the complex to be very relaxing and perfectly located to access anything you could possibly need within short walks or drives.

I love living here, the staff is super attentive and enforces rules which is hard to come by in a property on I drive. I personally witnessed the assistant manager Isabella get yelled at by a neighbor of mine. She was asking him to stop smoking on his patio as this is a smoke free property and he yelled at her! Cursed her out an all. She held her own and never lost her cool. The team is cleaning out the property and ensuring that the residents who want to live in a smoke free, clean environment stay. I recently moved into Deseo Grande, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful grounds and the welcoming atmosphere. One of my absolute favorite features is the stunning pool with a waterfall—it’s like having a tropical oasis right in my backyard! The sound of the cascading water is so soothing, making it the perfect spot to relax on warm days or unwind in the evenings. The indoor gym is another standout feature. It’s well-equipped with everything you need for a great workout, and I love that I can exercise without having to deal with bad weather. I regret moving into this apartment. I pay $2,666 in rent + fees per month, totaling $2,900 on average, and even so, the service is terrible in some areas. My car was hit in the private parking lot. The police came, and I filed a report. The police said the office would try to help me contact the person who hit me, but the next day the office said they couldn't do anything. In short, with no resolution, I'll have to call the police again. That same week, my car was towed even though we're entitled to two parking spaces in the private lot, and they towed it because my registration, which was in the process of being renewed, had expired. I had an amazing experience! The apartment is spotless — clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The service was exceptional from start to finish. I want to give a special thanks to Carmen, who welcomed us with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. She is truly wonderful and makes all the difference!
