They built an absolutely fabulous house for us in Disney's Golden Oak. The pleasant surprise to me is how thorough and timely they've been in following up on the various minor items we found in our home. I'm not easily impressed and life has taught me to be a bit skeptical. Derrick Builders was "as advertised" and more. It was obvious to me in the beginning that Derrick Koger was the "good cop".
