Depot Village

So very happy to say that after today, we will no longer be giving this horrible and unprofessional company ANY of our time or hard earned money. Moving day is tomorrow! Our building, Depot Village in Hanson is a little over a year old and crumbling already. We had a huge water pipe burst on February 5th mainly due to their lack of prep for the temps and poor rushed construction and Maloney did nothing about until 6 days later and STILL try telling tenants that no water got into the wall or floors even though the restoration team and fire chief confirmed to many of us, that was NOT true at all. Avoid them or any property they or Dakota Properties owns within New England, all of Dakota properties are managed by Maloney..When you state facts to them and back them up, you become a “problem te

If I could give zero stars I would! Management is NEVER here, very unprofessional and don't get me started on their attorneys!! I've had a serious issue here, which they're supposed to handle on behalf of a tenant (me) and nothing! I've been renting since I was a 19 year old single Mom and I've NEVER seen anything like this place and I'm not used to being treated this way!

Calling to see my spot on the waiting list and they NEVER answer or respond to voicemails or emails .. they’ve even post on Craigslist. Couldn’t even imagine what the management is like.

This is my first time visit for looking apartments. I like this area. Little quiet but nice & clean.
