This is a legitimate business. I just sold my property to them and the wired funds hit my bank account a few days ago. They were not the highest bidder (the highest bidder offered $100 more but I suspected that company writing fake reviews on Yelp), however, I chose to work with Dependable Home Buyers because after doing extensive research on the folks running this company, they seemed the most genuine, reliable and trustworthy. The president of the company, Jason, is an ex police officer. The other guy who interacted with me, Eric, served in the army. They also donate money to kids with cancer.
