Denyon Homes

Never buy a Denyon home. You have to call and call and call to get them to come out when you have issues (you will have issues). When they come out, they don't take notes and nothing gets corrected. When you close, they say that after a year you get a "walk through" where they address all warranty issues, but that doesn't happen either. My upstairs floors creak and pop, my driveway looks terrible, I have whole rows of nails that were miss-fired in my garage. The top of my coat tree is crooked and I have to see it every time I walk down my stairs, I've complained about it since day 1. Gutters are not included (not really a complete house is it?). There is no project management, my neighbor has the same model but they had the basement HVAC ducting included and I didn't 🤷 The warranty

This review is for RM Stephens LLC / Denyon Homes. I entered a 12 month lease in June of 2024 in Plover, WI. Fast forward to August of 2024, I received a good job offer in my hometown of Eau Claire. Knowing I entered a 12 month lease, I tried working with RM Stephens LLC/Denyon homes to see what we could figure out. I was even willing to pay 60 days of rent past the point I moved out. Long story short my only option is to help find a new renter but they cannot sub lease (must be new 12 month lease). I have since brought over 20 names to them, understanding not all applied, and not all that applied were approved. We are not into February and I'm still paying rent. Recently closed on a Denyon home and enjoyed the experience! We were able to select our lot in the subdivision, select finishes for the exterior and interior of the home, and we closed right on time and there was only one slight issue with two outlets, but the electrician was able to fix it within a week! The Denyon team was good to communicate with, only a couple follow ups were needed. Would recommend them to build one of your homes in the future!

We built with Denyon in the summer of 2019. We appreciate how promptly they have returned our calls and worked with us on our new home. We have had very few issues or concerns and what we have had, was address quickly. We appreciate their customer service and attentiveness. As a new home owner it can be stressful, and they managed to help make the home building process a lot easier than what we have experienced with our previous build.

I was actively looking for a home in the Weston area. I was strongly considering another new home that was listed for almost $40,000 more. I toured the similar Denyon Azalea 1.5 model and liked the lot and layout better. Jeff was responsive and very patient as we went through the final steps of the process. Josh, the Project Manager, took care of every detail and concern, even after the closing. My experience was so much easier than I had expected and the Denyon team worked diligently to make it as stress-free as possible. I have yet to find a new construction in my price range that comes close in comparison for the beautiful house I gratefully call "home."
