Denny Park Apartments

I managed this building in 2008 or so. Fancy-looking, isn't it? The firm hired some shady managers before that who admitted residents without proper guidance. So it was a creepy place with a lot of POLICE and poop and piss in staircases, the garage, and even the elevator. I could not manage it myself after almost exiting a door with a sign "6th floor roof access" and there was none. YUP, no ACCESS to the roof, just a drop to the community patio 5 floors down. Something a resident may not experience, still, something any manager will find difficult to deal with. NOPE, cannot recommend this place to anyone but a desperate family who can get a 3 bedroom apt. on the corner, with a view of the Space Needle. LIHI sucks.
