As always, I'll start with the good stuff. The apartment we rented was well maintained, work crews were professional and efficient, and you could tell the owner of the building had really put effort into the restoration and maintenance of the apartment. All in all, it was a pretty great place to live. So then why the low score? Well for all of the hard work the owner and company had put in, the property manager Anthony completely ruined it. Anthony rarely followed through on his promises, never did anything when he said he would, and resorted to insults and threats when when I submitted work orders or followed up with him on broken promises.
