What a great experience working with Dennis Irving and his team. Our inspector, Kiyon, was at our house early, very professional looking and was very helpful and courteous during the inspection. The pictures on the report were very clear and had enough light so you could see everything. Everything was clearly marked and easy to read and understand. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a home inspection!!

I hired Dennis Irving Home Inspection for a property inspection at 1516 Gulf Vue Drive, Haines City, FL before purchasing my home. His report stated that everything was in “normal age-related condition” and “operating within normal limits.” That was completely false. Shortly after moving in, I discovered that the roof (from 1999), air conditioning system, water heater, and pool pump were all failing or at the end of their lifespan. None of these issues were mentioned in his inspection report. Because of this negligence, I had to spend over $65,000 replacing major systems that should have been flagged during a proper inspection.
