I rented a Dennis Apartments apartment in Fayette that I lived in for 5 years before purchasing a home and moving back to Michigan. The apartment was well maintained and the few times that a problem did arise, the maintenance people were on it. They had great rates and took care of their buildings. They also have storage units, that were very affordable and also well maintained, next to my apartment building which was very convenient. Great renter experience here with Dennis Apartments!

If you absolutely are desperate for a place to live; it's an option. I advise against it however. Their apartments are built as cheap as possible to maximize profits and I was unfortunate to live in a downstairs apartment (which they charge more for) and had to hear every footstep of the people above me. Living there was absolute hell and I was ecstatic when I finally purchased a home and was able to get out of there. I lived there for way longer than I anticipated and had no hope nor care of getting my deposit back; or the half of the months rent that I moved out in but imagine my shock when I got a bill for over $800. We have lived in dennis apartments in Fayette for about 3 years now, absolutely wonderful ppl to rent from. We have never had any issues here, if something needs fixed, they are right on it. Would highly recommend renting from them.

I move in 2020 and I have not once had an issue . If I call for anything that need fix ,they have someone at my home within a day if not the same . So I will recommend them any day .
