I love the new changes happening in Ashburn right now. These buildings look luxurious and wonderful. Verry nice layout and quick construction times are the best. I wish though that there where more pedestrian and bike friendly connections and cross walks and paths connecting to the already established network of communities and buildings. Though right next to a convent highway and main road it is an acutely quiet area. Overall these building are located near wonderful schools and a quick drive to the store. There is also a nice convenience to the nearby metro with a Loudan Station a nice town center just a quick drive away.

The team was incredibly professional, guiding me through every step of the process with clarity, care, and responsiveness. The build quality of the townhouses is outstanding—modern and spacious. While I encountered a couple of minor new-home issues, the team addressed them promptly and efficiently, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. I’ve explored several new townhouses across Northern Virginia, and the ones here truly stand out for their unique, stylish designs and superior craftsmanship. The only down side is the designs choices are pre-selected and you can’t make any design choices during the building process.
