These guys are scumbags. There's no other way to put it really. They'll do all the old school tricks like turn off your electricity/heating etc. And they'll definitely find a way to keep whatever security you gave them. Go into any lease with these guys with eyes wide open.
Delshah Management and Delshah Capital are not trustworthy organizations. If you ever want to see your security deposit money again save yourself the trouble and do not rent from them.
