Delmar At Siloam Springs Apartments

It's very difficult to find. It's behind a Smoothie and Mexican eatery. It shares the road into the Delmar parking lot.

New owners make the place worse pretty much slum lords only want the money don’t care about the tendents or fixing the place.

Location is very hard for people. Community is friendly and active at times. Prices for renting are very cheap. Every apartment has a big window a.c. which means there is no central air. Washer and dryer. Also has full kitchen with a dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Not a good place it’s a lot of bed bugs and rats in the walls and in the kitchen not a good place please to live

My daughter lived here. It was a nice little apartment. They are in a good location.
