I lived here for 3 years and had such a positive experience! The staff is great! Millie the office manager is amazing, always so helpful and treats you like family. The maintenance team was always nice, respectful, and would fix any issue promptly. We never had any problems and no one bothered us. I definitely recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking in the Winter Haven area. The location is perfect also… there are multiple stores and restaurants right down the road making everything so convenient.

This place is terrible! Thankfully our lease is over in two months but we've been contemplating breaking the lease since we moved into this place ! Over 50 cars got broken into last night. That was it for me! Cops banging on doors at 5 am. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened and management does NOTHING! This is the second time for us that our window has been busted. Another $170 to fix AGAIN! For the amount they are charging they should have security or at least cameras in the property. $1050 for a one bedroom one bath plus dog rent. Thats ridiculous. They make it sound so good when giving the tour just to suck you into the worst decision ever! They don't respond to maintenance requests unless you call repeatedly until they fix it. I’ve been living here for a year now and so far so good. The staff are amazing especially Ms. Debra. Maintenance workers are nice. For Holidays they include activities for the kids that live here in the complex. I would recommend for this price it’s worth it.
