Dell Terrace Apartments

Been dealing with a upstairs neighbor terrorizing us and the other neighbors in our quad by throwing full on man tantrums in his apartment since the end of December/early January and reporting to management about the issue since. His force in these tantrums have caused excessive damage to the ceiling in my unit making plaster and nails fall from the ceiling. We have been told for months that they are "working on it". They say to be a family friendly apartment but they let a single man cause so much distress for the families living around him. Definitely consider your options before moving in.

Dell Terrace was my first apartment moving out. I lived here from the summer of 2020 to the following summer of 2021, a 12 month lease. I'll firstly just say that they appear to be going through managers like hotcakes at this location. In just my 1-year stay, I had 3 different managers. The first one ended up being fired after embezzling money, the second I believe was just his temporary replacement who never answered the phone or responded to emails, and the third seemed okay. She was responsive to calls, knew where to direct me for questions in the move-out process, and so forth. The apartment itself more or less functioned fine with some hiccups. Our outdoor patio light never worked but was probably just a light bulb change away from functioning, the floor above us didn't do much to k

Wouldn't live here every again horrible maintenance staff that steal and duck tape and rubber banding fixes, I will never suggest this place to anyone i know, be aware they do not care about their tenants and will lie to get money, in any which way or form.

This place is riddled with black mold. People and young children keep getting sick and they just do nothing. Do not.move in here, it's deadly.

Nothing wrong with theses apartments! Great price & location!
