Delaware On Primrose

I just signed my 17th lease with Delaware on Primrose (Wooten) Apts…I’ve enjoyed a good working relationship withthe Managers over the years…Always a prompt response for maintenance issues. The amenities have been great! My children, grandchildren & great grandchildren have thoroughly enjoyed. The complex is within walking distance of many store, shops & restaurants. The dog park has been a nice addition…

I have lived here for almost 6 years in that 6 years if I need something fixed or replaced they get on top on it at there earliest convinces. I love it here it’s so peaceful.

We just signed another lease! Close to stores and medical facilities. We have a two bedroom/two bath. In home washer and dryer hook ups or a laundry facility is available to use. Have an outside pool(fenced), grills and picnic tables and a small playground (fenced). Can call for maintenance 24/7.

This is a great apartment complex. The staff is very friendly it is close to everything shopping medical and good eats!!

Me and my husband and 3 kids lived here for 6 years! We enjoyed it while we did ! But we wouldn't really recommend because there a group of old ladies that basically own the dog park when we brought our puppy there they told us to take her home because the other dogs wouldn't like her. And there's a resident that is an ABSOULTE KAREN. She heard our son having a HUGE meltdown he was banging our doors and throwing and just yelling and crying and she banged on our door saying if you dont let me in ill call the cops and I told her to please leave our son is having a meltdown dont bang on our door and so since we didnt answer she called the cops and they came to our door. Plus she is just a nosey neighbor she's made our last 2 years HELL!!! SO GLAD WE'RE MOVING!!!
