I have lived in Clayton Courts, Clayton DE for the past 3 years. When I first met my Park manager Jeanne Zadorzany, she was kind and yet very professional. She has always made sure that my needs and expectations are met and follows up on my request. The neighbors are awesome and if you have a pet, I have gotten to know all the pet parents!! The community is clean and well kept. My home is my oasis and I don’t plan on living anywhere else. Barb

Not good management at all. They will make things difficult for tenants who try to sell their homes. They will retaliate against you and will discriminate you. They will hold your home if you own it over your head and will refuse lot rent payment 3 months then they will file eviction and they will not tell the court 16 that they refused payment. They do not have you served with court papers and the park management will call you to tell you the court date. They will also have someone sit at your home to sign for your stuff and you wont get any paper work from the courts. Court 16 will refuse your right to a trial and will only rule in the park managements favor. So i would not recommend anyone to buy or rent from this park management. You will be screwed out of your home even if you own it.

I’ve enjoyed calling Clayton Court home. Everyone I’ve met and dealt with since becoming a tenant with Investor’s Reality has been pleasant and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Have lived in their community for 5 plus years. Yearly rent increases, zero upgrades, crumbling playground, burned out street lights, and a struggle to get them to maintain their properties. They pass the buck of responsibility to the next man on the totem pole until you finally gv up. Do not waste your money trying to reside in their communities. You will absolutely hate it here.

Lived in St. Jones Landing for 3 years and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Friendly and knowledgeable, their staff was great, their prices affordable and they were most importantly, a wonderfully fair company to deal with! Couldn't recommend them higher!
