Delaware Crossing

I really enjoy residing here, been living here since 2021, we are close to everything, they allow pets, inside washer and dryer and the management and maintenance team are very accommodating, nice and helpful. Rent is high everywhere but at least here they offer Flex pay if you qualify and choose to use it, nternet, water and trash added to your rent which to me is very helpful. My internet works well in all rooms. It's quiet , located next door to homes that are nicely maintained and a park is just a little bit down the street. The fitness area is small some equipment could be updated but I also have a membership elsewhere so it's helpful when I need it. They have a little dog park which is nice ,the area in general is a great spot to reside in Ankeny, you can go for walls and sit out on

Very hard to schedule a tour with them. You can schedule online, but I showed up for mine to find that there was no one in the office at noon on a Tuesday? Left a message and never heard back.

Place is horrible! Don’t live here! Can’t fix anything themselves when asked. I don’t know how so many people put 5 star reviews, must be fake accounts trying to make this place look nice. I confronted the office lady and she told me I lost my dignity, how pathetic when you lie about the lease price and tell your tenants not to read it before they sign. Especially to college students that you said you were going to help out, then raised the rent the day of signing the lease. Hopefully this helps anyone trying to stay at this place, cause I suggest actually finding somewhere nice, worth the money, and that won’t screw you over! Wish I could leave a zero star review but that wasn’t an option.

I’ve only lived here since August but I love it here. Love that there’s a Washer and dryer so I don’t have to go to the laundry mat. Inside is nice. And when we moved in it was very clean. Management has changed since I’ve been here but everyone has been super quick to respond if I’ve had any questions. And any service issues have been quick to fix. They are really nice as well. I wish more garages were open and we were closer to the park area for my kids.

Currently live here amazing place to live people are so friendly, maitnence is very responsive and respectful, Top of being kind. The leasing agent I work with Chelsey is amazing at what she does, and the property manager is also amazing as well, both are amazing, I enjoy the property and the people.
